1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using ECA Insights (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind that organisation to these terms.

2. The service

ECA Insights provides global-mobility data, insights and related tools. Content is provided for general information in connection with your organisation’s mobility programme and does not constitute legal, tax or immigration advice.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Accounts must be registered with a valid work email address; notify us promptly of any unauthorised use.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including attempting to gain unauthorised access, redistributing data beyond your organisation’s licence, or interfering with the Service’s operation.

5. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ECA International shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the Service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
